6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By checking an SMS consent box on one of our forms and providing your mobile number, you opt in to receive text messages from ExonRCM in the category you selected (customer care and/or marketing). The following terms apply to our text messaging program:

• Message types: customer care messages (inquiry replies, scheduling, follow-ups, service notifications) and, with separate consent, marketing messages (service updates and offers).
• Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us.
• Fees: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or contact us using the details below.
• No condition of service: consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase or receive any service from us.
• Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: you must be the account holder of, or have authorization to enroll, the mobile number provided, and be 18 years or older.

Our collection and handling of mobile numbers and opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
